BRIEF US

We meet with you, talk about your needs and understand what you want to achieve. 

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Now we understand what you want, it's time to get the ideas flowing. We gather imagery, sketch floor plan options and ideas, play with materials and research to come up with a concept that we think reflects what you want to achieve.  Once a strong concept is developed we present this to you, discuss and work with you until you feel it's right. 

DESIGN

Now we are both happy with the direction for the design,
we set to work on bringing the concept to life.
We look at zoning, traffic flow, acoustics, focal points and ‘touch points’ when developing our solution. This is the stage where the design starts to takes shape and we make decisions regarding colour, materials and finishes.

DOCUMENTING

We've decided on the design and we now work to ensure the design is brought to life as we imagined. We provide a full-set of construction drawings and schedules for required finishes, lighting and equipment. Now you’re ready to build! We are on hand and have frequent site visits to ensure everything is going according to plan.

STYLING & FURNISHING

Time to decorate. We help you select furniture, lighting, accessories and artwork. 

FEES

INITIAL CONSULTATION  $255 inc GST

A one hour meeting where we discuss your requirements and gain an understanding of the scope of work.
Based on the information gathered we prepare a return brief (which outlines our understanding of the project) and our fee proposal for the work going forward. 

20% MARGIN applied to anything that is custom made. Including but not limited to: Joinery, Custom Furniture, Upholstery, Window Treatments.
(This does not apply to custom selected finishes/materials for retail pieces).
